Sign-ups
Q :To which website address do I send a person to join En101?
A :Send them to your En101 website. EXAMPLE: mysite.en101.com (You do not need to type www. before your website address).
Q :How long does it take to show an account as being paid?
A :If you pay by MoneyOrder, MoneyGram, BankWire, E-Gold or Member Wallet we mark payments paid the day the payment is received. If you pay by credit card, it can take up to 48 hours in the USA and up to 7 days outside of the USA.
Q :Let’s say I purchase your services. When can I start using the online courses?
A :As soon as you make your purchase, you can start using the product.
Q :I purchased my product and plan to send a money order, but how long do I have to pay?
A :Please make sure we receive your payment within 10 days. If you mail your payment, it must be postmarked within 10 days from your enrollment.
Q :If I want to change my initial form of payment to another one, how do I go about doing that?
A :Login to your Business Center. In the left frame, under "Payments" heading, click Pay for Order.
Q :How can I use my credit card more than once?
A :Login to your Business Center, click En101 Help and submit your request. We will email the necessary Multi User Credit Card form to you. You will need to fill the form out and return it to us.
Q :What happens after I return the Multi User Credit Card form?
A :2 VERY IMPORTANT STEPS:
A :Once we receive the form, we will open your Credit Card up for multiple uses. On your FIRST PURCHASE using your Credit Card

A :In this situation, send an e-mail to cs1@en101.com and type your request. Changes will be made at the earliest available time and a confirmation e-mail will be sent back to you for your records.
Credit Cards
IMPORTANT NOTICE: We welcome credit card payments.
If you pay by Credit Card, you MUST follow the instructions you receive in your receipt (email). If we cannot verify all the information on your Credit Card we MUST call you on the phone. Please make sure your phone number is correct in our records.
Q :How do I respond to the email I get when I make my purchase?
A :Click the Reply button in your email program.
Q :Does my purchase automatically get marked "paid" once I respond to the email?
A :Sometimes, but not necessarily. If you have a FREE email account such as Hotmail or Yahoo, your purchase must be verified by other means.
Q :What do I need to do if I respond to the email and my site is still not marked paid in a timely manner?
A :You need to phone us during office hours Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Central Standard Time).
Q :What information will you need if I phone into your office?
A :We will need your En101 Customer Number (1000*****) , and we will need your phone number.
Q :What are the other reasons my credit card purchase may be delayed?
A :The main reasons could be that you have moved, and your address has changed or that you typed in some information incorrectly when you made your purchase.   Please click the link at the top of this page.
Debit Cards
Q :Can I load money from my Debit Card into my bank account?
A :No, you cannot currently deposit money into your bank account from your debit card. However, we are working diligently with the bank to make it so that you WILL be able to deposit money into your bank account from your debit card in the future.
Q :Is there a monthly fee to use my Debit Card?
A :Debit Cards cost $20 to obtain and $4.95 per month to use.
Q :What kind of cards are the En101 Debit Cards?
A :Our debit cards are Visa debit cards.
Q :Is there a fee for every transaction?
A :Checking your balance online is FREE. If you are using an ATM there is a $1.25 charge.
Q :How much does it cost to transfer my money from one account to another?
A :There is a $5 fee for transferring money from one account to another.
Refunds
Q :What must I do for a refund?
A :Refer to our refund policy at the bottom of your home page. You have 5 days from your purchase date to get a refund and cancel your enrollment.
Q :What if for legitimate reasons beyond my control, I could not request refund in the 5-day grace period?
A :This will be handled on a case by case basis.
Website/Customer Service
Q :Why is there not a purchase form on my site?
A :When signing up, you may have checked the box that states, "Check this box if you DO NOT wish to participate in our free home based business." To undo this, send an email to us at CS1@en101.com and we will change this for you.
Q :How long does it take to change my status from Customer Only to an En101 representative?
A :If you contact us Monday - Friday between 9am-6pm (CST) it can be done immediately. Otherwise, usually within 24 hours.
Q :I forgot my password. How can I get it?
A :Go to your personal En101 website. Click Login. On the Login page, click the Forgot Password link and follow the instructions.
Q :When will other languages appear on the website, and what languages is the company working on?
A :We are continually working on new languages. Please refer to the link on the Products page for most current updated list.
Q :How do I change a $129 package to a $69 package if I change my mind? (or vice versa)
A :Send an e-mail to cs1@en101.com with your request. Changes will be made at the earliest available time.

Q :How good is this product/business? Learning a new language/marketing is hard, are there any success and/or sob stories I can read about?
A :We feel this is the best opportunity available. The product is virtual - which means instant delivery, you earn money from every sale, and learning English/Spanish has global appeal.
Q :How good is the product/opportunity, really?
A :En101 has made 30,000 sales in over 130 countries (in its first 4 months). That fact alone should speak volumes about the product we offer.
Q :What kind of statistics and information can I find to see how EN101 measures up to the competition?
A :If you can speak English and Spanish, you can communicate with 1/2 the people in the world. And, according to a study by the British Council, as many as 1/2 billion people could be learning English within the next 5-10 years. The market is vast.

Q :What are the real world benefits of learning English/becoming bilingual as both a student and in the career world?
A :Bilingual Employees have twice the opportunity, earning potential, and company benefits than other employees who speak only one language. If you learn another language, more doors will be open to you in the business world almost immediately.
Q :What are the advantages to learning with En101 when I could go to a college and get nationally accredited classes?
A :En101 is faster, cheaper, more flexible than college courses. Our Learning Program is very comprehensive and your entire household can learn from the purchase of one enrollment package.
Q :Are there reasons that a multimedia education is better than a personal classroom experience? If so, what are some of the pro’s and con’s? That’s what I really want to know.
A :First, you learn in the privacy of your own home or office. No intimidating classrooms. You learn at your own pace and you can share the lessons with your family.
Q :Does the multimedia classroom of your product take FULL advantage of these abilities it has over other more conventional methods?
A :Our Online courses offer full visual and audio, complete with text and instructions in your native language. (Refer to the top of our Homepage to see if your language is currently available).
Q :Can En101 be as proper and accurate as an education at a University? Online courses sound great, but so does a degree.
A :Absolutely. Our online classroom has countless advantages to expensive universities and “mandatory” courses. If you are majoring in an area other than language, it only makes sense to focus on classes that advance you towards your degree and become bilingual the most flexible and interactive way possible - through En101.
Q :If I want to keep learning and enrolling after a year, how long can I re-enroll and further my education? (or is there only a total of a 1 year education offered in each language?)
A :According to our research, it takes at least 3 years to gain an acceptable knowledge of a new language. Our plans are to take you from start to finish.
Q :How long can I continue to re-enroll if I learn my new language and want to stick around for the business opportunities?
A :You can re-enroll as long as you want. Even if you have taken full advantage of all of our products available, you can still remain a representative if you want to continue marketing with En101.
Q :I see that you offer your services in several languages and that is growing, but will you offer courses in other additional languages in the future?
A :We started out with an initiative to bring the world together under one language: English. We soon realized we needed a language for our English speaking friends and created the Spanish course. We designed our infrastructure to allow us to teach as many languages as we want (using Spanish as our model) and do plan to teach more languages in the future.
Sponsoring
Q :What does it mean to “personally sponsor” someone?
A :You are considered the "personal sponsor" of anyone who signs up through your personal En101 website.
Q :How do I see people that I have personally sponsored?
A :Login to your Business Center from your personal En101 website. Click on the “Sponsored” link on the left side of the page.
Tree
Q :How does the Tree work?
A :Go to your personal En101 website and login. Click Tree on the left menu to view your growth. There is a legend at the top of the tree that tells you what each icon means. Mouse over each icon to preview the person's information.
Q :Is it better to be higher up in the tree?
A :All positions are equal. The only way to really be in a "better" position is by getting out and marketing the product and supporting your 2 teams. Anyone can earn more money than everyone above him or her in the tree.
Q :What happens if someone above me gets out of the company (terminates account rather than renewal)? Does the next person move up or does someone else get added in their spot from a new sale?
A :If a person terminates their relationship with En101, that position simply becomes void. No sales are ever placed above anyone already in the tree.
Teams/Legs
Q :How do I sponsor someone for both of my teams/legs?
A :The first person you sponsor will AUTOMATICALLY fall into the same team that you were sponsored into. After that, can you go into your Business Center and select which team (leg) to add sales to by changing your “Leg Lock”.
Q :How do I directly place someone in a specific spot (after making my first sale)?
A :Once you have made a sale in both teams, you can go to your site and click on any [+] sign in your tree and selectively place new personal sales. (IMPORTANT) If you login to YOUR website and place a sale in the tree, YOU will be the sponsor... NOT the person who you place the sale below.
Q :Can I - and if so - how do I move someone from one team to another?
A :After a person is placed in the system they cannot be moved to another position. You must decide on placement before you purchase. If you have any questions about this you can contact support at the email address at the top of this page.
Q :How far above me and below me does my leg extend?
A :You can see what level you are on by looking at your icon in the tree and can see the sales placed below you by clicking on the "down arrows" in your tree. You cannot scroll up above your position in the tree.
Bonus Positions
Q :Can everyone try to get the two bonus Silver/Gold Star earning positions?
A :Once you have made one "Customer Only" sale and one sale to a person who chooses to promote our product in either of your teams, you are awarded a Silver Star (you can earn one Silver Star per team).
Q :What do I do with a Silver Star?
A :A Silver Star locks in a new earning center in the tree. You cannot make sales from a Silver Star position, however, once your 2 qualifying sales (in either of your teams) are marked paid in our system, a Silver Star turns to a Gold Star.
Q :What can I do with a Gold Star?
A :Once your 2 qualifying sales (in either of your teams) are marked paid in our system, the Silver Star turns to a Gold Star. Once you have a Gold Star, it becomes another earning position, just like your original earning position.
Q :Can I purchase a Silver or Gold star?
A :No. You can only purchase one package in En101. Each package comes with the free business opportunity. We do not sell the business opportunity, however, you can EARN the 2 additional bonus positions and earn commissions from those positions.
Q :What happens to points made under a Silver Star position before it turns Gold, once it turns Gold?
A :The points carry over to the Gold Star. You will not lose them. The key is to lock in your Silver Star as soon as possible.
Commissions (Direct)
Q :How long do I have to wait to be paid for my commissions?
A :Our Payrun is every Tuesday evening, 6PM, Pacific time. Payments are made in the same week of the payrun.
Q :Do I get commission for every sale I make, or do I have to accumulate a certain number of team points first (the same as team commissions)?
A :You get a direct commission - $20 for every $69 sale and $30 for every $129 sale - that you make. It is totally separate from team commissions.
Q :Is there any "fine print" for earning direct commissions?
A :The only requirements are that you are an active member, and that you make a sale that is marked Paid in our system.
Commissions (Team/Points)
Q :When several people in a team are getting points for the same new sales (assuming they have qualified for team commissions already) does each team member earn points from the same new person as long as the new sale is place below them in the tree?
A :Yes, every team member above the sale makes the same amount of points off of every new sale made in either of their 2 teams.
Q :How many points does each team member get: Is it the same for everyone in the same team for an individual week?
A :You get 3 points for every $69 package and 5 points for every $129 package from every sale made anywhere within your 2 teams.
Q :How often are the commissions and the team point counts updated?
A :All sales are inserted into the tree in "real time". The point roll runs every 15 minutes. When the point roll runs, the information on the Commissions page in your Business Center is updated.
Q :If I have any left-over points after a payrun, what happens to them?
A :You never lose points. They simply roll-over to the next week.
Q :Why does my Commission page show: Your Current Commissions $0 / Paysteps 0. Yesterday I had BOTH commissions and paysteps showing.
A :After each payrun, all commissions move into the Payments page and the paysteps start over at 0. Click the Payments link to show your earnings for the week.
